An offline-first property management system that puts an agency's listings, clients, deals and commissions on the device.

Overview
Hisabamlak is built for property agencies that work in shops and on the street, often without a reliable connection. It installs from the browser on Android and iPhone and keeps the whole office book on the device.

The challenge
Agencies track sale, rent and groy (pledge) deals in notebooks and chat threads — commission from both sides, splits between partner brokers, and amounts in afghani and dollars. Generic CRMs model none of this, and most stop working without internet.

Our approach
We designed the data model around how deals are actually done — seta deducted first, government tax recorded, commission split between partners — and an interface that works entirely offline.
