A manufacturing ERP for a Kandahar juice factory — from fruit intake to sales and lot traceability.

Overview
Shirin ERP is a working demo built for Shirin Juice Industries. It follows a factory's day: fruit arriving at the gate, quality control, production batches, warehouse stock and sales — in Dari, Pashto and English, with the solar Hijri calendar.

The challenge
The fruit season decides what a juice factory can produce. Managers need one view of intake, rejected fruit, batch yield and money owed by distributors — information that usually lives in separate notebooks.

Our approach
We modelled the full chain from supplier delivery to carton sold, so every bottle can be traced to its fruit lot, with dashboards that flag stock-outs and overdue receivables early.
